Coffee-breaks
Welcome drink (October 3rd)**
Lunches (October 4th and 5th)
Guided visit in Barcelona (October 5th)**

**Included in the Accompanying person fee.
Payment
All payments have to be made in Euros. The following payment methods will be available:
Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

No personal check will be accepted for any payments
Payment on-site: Cash (Euro) or credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) are accepted.
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any change of name will be dealt with as a cancellation and a new registration.
Cancellations received up to August 10th 2022: deposits will be refunded less 50 € for administrative costs.
Cancellations received up to September 10th 2022, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after September 11th 2022 or registered participants who fail to attend.
